Hi! I have lost 65 pounds in starts and stops...are u on a weight loss plan? I started tracking My food intake in an app that allows you to count calories and as u lose weight you get less calories, it's free and called lose it. I have lost several pounds..I realized that pop(regular0 sugar and junk was slipping in more than i thought! I also am realizing omg how much I eat without thinking about it! See my big belly below! 100 pds to go :(
